Fancied a change from Aberdyfi, and as so many Kiters come from the midlands, I thought there must be great conditions there, so I loaded up my van and hit the road.

Was well disapointed to discover Birmingham is cac for kite surfing!! Never mind. At Least I managed to call in at " The Power kite shop", and check out loads of sexy new toys that they've got in, I even managed to get the new, LITE WAVE 145 x 43, on demo.( Board up date to follow).

I Luckily managed to find the secret beer fridge however, in the new unit. So to any one calling in there, make sure you insist on having a tasty cold beverage, whilst you shop!!

BIRMINGHAM= crap for kite surfing, but great for free beer and Kiting toys!!
